Why study Computer Science?

St Hilda's is delighted to be offering Computer Science and joint schools for the first time to undergraduates for 2023 entry. Computer Scientists at St Hilda's will join our friendly and academically stimulating environment and receive the support they need to reach their full potential. Students will be welcomed into a vibrant academic community, becoming part of a large cohort of mathematicians and computer scientists, with an intake of around eight per year including joint schools.

Regular tutorials will give students close access to their tutors, and St Hilda's tutors organise subject dinners for their students at least once a year.  With its riverside setting, St Hilda's provides a sociable and beautiful environment for study and we look forward to welcoming our first Computer Science undergraduates to the College in 2023.

After St Hilda's

Many of our students who have studied related subjects, such as Mathematics, have gone on to pursue higher degrees or have embarked on careers in various sectors, including Finance, Teaching, Research and Industry.
