From conferences, meetings and banquets to summer garden parties and receptions, St Hilda's College offers the ideal location for your event.

Combining a riverside location with stunning views of Oxford's dreaming spires, our event spaces enable us to offer a variety of solutions to your event needs. Our room offerings and capabilities are varied and unique, and our Events team are skilled at tailor-making a solution to meet your event requirements.

Room

Riverside Pavilion and Terrace

A stunning RIBA award winning multifunctional space situated next to the River Cherwell, ideal for conferences, dinners and receptions. The wall to ceiling windows create a panoramic vista harmonising the College’s beautiful gardens with the riverside location. Complementing the main space, the foyer provides a practical area for refreshments, pre-dinner drinks or a small breakout space. A bar can be provided by prior arrangement.

Adjacent to the Edward Boyle Auditorium in the Jacqueline du Pre Building, the glass foyer is a multipurpose space for exhibitions and receptions. It is also ideal as a reception and refreshment area for events being held in the auditorium.

Stay with us at St Hilda’s during vacation periods in one of our 88 ensuite and 161 standard rooms or during term time enquire about one of our guest rooms.

Single, Twin or Double - all bedrooms come equipped with towels, toiletries, tea/coffee-making facilities and free Cloud Wi-Fi.

Check-in is from 3pm and, upon arrival, the College Lodge will provide you with your key and any additional information you require.
