St Hilda's College
This outreach roadshow sees St Hilda's visiting schools across the College’s link regions of Hampshire and Surrey, and for the roadshows that we are hosting in Surrey, we are excited to be joined by Churchill College, Cambridge, who we share this link region with. We work with talented students and their teachers, offering information, advice and guidance on what top universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, are like, what such an education offers, and how the application process works.
We'd be very grateful for any schools or colleges that could volunteer to host us. As a host of one of our roadshows, it would be great if your institution could accommodate two talks, each of roughly an hour in length, that targets both Year 10/11 and Year 12. If you have the capacity, it would also be preferable to be able to host students (who will be accompanied by their teachers) from multiple schools so we can have as much impact as possible.

The form is non-binding! Once we've got a an idea of which schools are interested in taking part, we'll draw up a rough plan and then then contact the volunteer schools to firm up details. We consider this form the start of a conversation. We often receive more interest than we have dates available so please don't be offended if we can't visit your school on this occasion. Last year, most of our hub venues saw approximately two schools join them for their sessions but it does vary.
If you don't have all the information available, it's fine to submit with what you have and let us know.
We will not be making any decisions about which hub schools we are visiting until January 2026. We are appreciative of the interest we receive, but please be patient with us as we work out arrangements.
The opportunity to fill in this form will open in November.
