Before completing this form, please note the following:

Accommodation is allocated on a first-come-first served basis after you have fulfilled the financial conditions of your offer, and is subject to availability.

  • The majority of rooms are for single occupancy, although there a limited number of ensuite rooms with kitchenettes that can be offered as couples accommodation.
  • The process of signing-off financial conditions can take a couple of weeks, especially during busy periods of the admissions cycle.
  • Please be aware that the offer of a college place does not necessarily guarantee you college accommodation.

  • Anyone taking accommodation for the coming academic year will be expected to undertake the tenancy for the whole of the year.
  • There are occasionally cases where graduates wish to move out of College rooms for personal reasons. In these circumstances it is sometimes possible to find another St Hilda’s student to fill the room but, if this is not possible, the financial agreement for the year has to stand.
  • If you intend to be absent from Oxford for any length of time next year, e.g. on fieldwork, exchanges etc., please remember to let the Accommodation Manager (nicky.charles@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk) know as soon as possible, with at least a term’s notice.
