Principal's Research Seminar - Professor Katherine Clarke

How did people make sense of the world over 2,000 years before anyone had looked down on it from space or even from a plane?

Professor Katherine Clarke FBA, Fellow and Tutor in Ancient History at St Hilda's, explores how Ancient Greek authors made sense of the world in her lecture, To Boldly Go: Travels of the Imagination to the Edges of the Earth.

Join us at the St Hilda’s College Principal’s Research Seminar on Wednesday 11 November at 5.30 pm in our fantastic riverside Pavilion to find out more.
