Before arrival:

- Sign and return your student contract, together with a passport-sized photo, to college.office@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk
- Complete the St Hilda’s Freshers’ Form
- Complete the NHS (National Health Service) registration
On arrival:
- Complete your University Registration. You will be sent your IT activation code and log-in details to your personal (non-Oxford) email address, once you have returned your signed contract. Your password and log-in is called your Single Sign On (SSO), which is the Oxford system for accessing a range of IT services, including Student Self Service.
