At St Hilda’s, we have a truly fascinating global pool of donor prospects and supporters and we are looking for an organised and compelling storyteller who can convince many of them to support the College’s recently launched £25m+ fundraising campaign, The Edge for Excellence.
You may already have a fundraising track record, perhaps from within the education sector, or your sales and relationship management skills might already be proving effective in another relatable sphere. Either way, as Senior Development Executive you will work closely with the Development Director, Principal, Development team and colleagues across the College to create the conditions and cultivation events for mid-level and major gifts to be realised.
You will match people with their passions, often alumnae but also those with little or no prior knowledge of Oxford University, directly making the ask or working with others to do so.
If you are tenacious, tactful, enjoy teamwork and are energised by the power of education to change lives, this is a terrific opportunity to both bring and to develop your talents within a College that is innovative and ambitious.
Please see the full Job Description for further details of the post and benefits provided by the College.
