Biography
I am a DPhil student in the Fusion Plasma Theory group, working with Prof. Felix Parra Diaz. My project focuses on understanding the effects of plasma particle collisions on a boundary layer that develops at a plasma-wall boundary in fusion devices using numerical and analytical techniques.
I came to Oxford in 2013 to pursue an undergraduate degree in Physics at Merton College. Evidently, I enjoyed it so much that after obtaining my MMathPhys degree in 2017, I decided to stay here for a DPhil. I joined St Hilda’s College as a Stipendiary Lecturer in 2024. This year, I am teaching Mechanics and Electromagnetism & Optics (CP1&CP2) to 1st-year students, and Symmetry & Relativity (B2) to 3rd-year students.
