BA BCL Oxf

Biography

I am a lecturer in law at St Hilda’s College, my teaching responsibilities ranging across private law, including the Moderations Course in Roman Law. Before this, I was a Junior College Lecturer at University College, and have in the past taught parts of the undergraduate course in the History of English Law, as well as the graduate (BCL) course in Transnational Commercial Law.

I am also a DPhil Candidate in Law at St John’s College. My research focusses on the use of German Legal Science in late 19th Century English Private Law (including Private International Law). I also earned my BA at St John’s, and my BCL at Queen’s (where I was the Anthony Honoré Scholar).
