SOMERVILLE COLLEGE CHOIR / ST HILDA’S CHORAL SCHOLARS
WILL DAWES [CONDUCTOR]
We are thrilled to welcome Eric Whitacre, a world-leading composer primarily working in contemporary choral music. The session will begin with a frank and open presentation by Eric on his experiences as a composer. The session concludes with presentations of four new student compositions and a performance of Eric’s own ‘A Boy and A Girl’. This unique session is unmissable for anyone interested in choral composition.
