Biography

Will is a Non-Stipendiary Lecturer in Roman Law at St Hilda's College. In this role, he provides tutorials to first-year undergraduate law students in 'A Roman Introduction to Private Law'. He also provides tutorials in this course to first-year undergraduate law students at St Peter's College.

In the not too distant past, Will completed his BA in Jurisprudence at St. Edmund Hall, followed by the BCL. Immediately prior to taking up teaching at St. Hilda's College, Will completed his MPhil in Law, with a thesis, supervised by Professor Joshua Getzler, focused on the judicial reception of the registered company's objects clause in the mid-nineteenth century. In his time outside of teaching, he intends to prepare this thesis for publication, alongside his preparations to read for the Bar.
