Biography
Alison has worked in a number of Oxford University departments and colleges over a period of 15 years. She comes to St Hilda's with a background in communications and strategic planning, having previously been head of communications at the Oxford Martin School and Blavatnik School of Government, as well as running her own consultancy to support organisations going through periods of growth or change.
As Governing Body Secretary, Alison supports the diverse business of the College by servicing Governing Body and a number of its standing committees, as well as providing reasoned advice in key areas of strategy, governance and compliance.
