Many thanks for submitting your online Visiting Students Form. If you haven't already done so, please:
Complete your University Registration prior to arrival. Step-by-step guidance can be found online. You will need your Single Sign On (SSO) from University IT Services - if you haven't yet received this (it will be sent to your personal (non-Oxford) email address), don't worry! Several thousand SSOs are being created at this time of year so there is a large queue. Please remember to check it hasn't gone to your junk folder. If you still don't have it by 21 September, please contact University IT Services.
Complete the NHS (National Health Service) registration. The local GP surgery are having problems with this form, which won't accept future arrival dates or the college postal address. Please therefore enter today as your arrival date, and the surgery postal address (172 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7BX) as your address. Surgery staff will then edit your details manually on submission of the form.
