Maintenance Technician (Skilled) - Plumber

St Hilda’s College is seeking to appoint a Skilled Plumber within the established College Maintenance Team.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber to fulfil a plumbing role within our professional multi-disciplinary Maintenance Team, reporting to the College's Maintenance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have completed a high level of plumbing training, and have significant relevant experience following successful completion of a relevant trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to NVQ Level 3. The ideal candidate must also possess up-to-date trade knowledge and skills in all relevant tool use to deliver high quality plumbing that is appropriate to the College's unique environment.

Multi-skilled adaptability in other trades is also desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a spectacular College environment, and to undertake interesting and varied work, contributing towards the long-term maintenance of this historical site.

The College offers a generous annual leave entitlement of 38 days per annum (including bank holidays), and a meal is provided free of charge when on duty.
