Doctors' Surgery (Weeks 1-8):
The College Doctors, Dr Antony Maddison and Dr Emma Walker, will not be running clinics in college in Michaelmas Term but have set aside time on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons when they will be available for telephone appointments with St Hilda’s students. To make an appointment, you should ring the Banbury Road Medical Centre on 01865 515731 and specify that you are a student at St Hilda’s. Alternatively, you can email reception at BRMC email@example.com

Nurse's Drop-in Surgery (Weeks 0-9):
The College Nurse, Caroline Smith, will not be running clinics in college in Michaelmas Term but can be contacted by email and will respond during her working hours, as listed below during term (weeks 0-9 inclusive). She is available for general consultation as well as providing help on specific medical matters. - Tuesdays - 10.00am - 1.00pm
- Wednesdays - 9.30am - 12.30pm
- Thursdays - 10.00am - 1.00pm

College Counsellor (Weeks 1-8):
The College Counsellor, Melissa Barkan, is on-site on Monday afternoons each week. Appointments can be made by contacting her at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any student may also contact the University Counselling Service to arrange an appointment.
Students seeking general help or advice may always consult their Personal Tutor or College Adviser. Note that there is also a separate Welfare Panel within the College and details on the membership of this Panel for the current academic year are to be found displayed on the Decanal Notice Board in South Foyer.
