It's Time for Tea with... Georgina Paul

Dr Georgina Paul (Modern Languages, 1980), Emeritus Fellow

Date
19 March 2026 / 5pm-6:30pm

Put the kettle on and join us for the second in our series of online conversations with leading St Hilda’s figures! We are delighted that Dr Georgina Paul, Fellow and Tutor in German 2006-2025 and now Emeritus Fellow, has agreed to be interviewed by her former student Naomi Lecomte (Modern Languages, 2006). They will cover Georgina’s distinguished career and memories of the College, the value in learning and studying languages, and the current landscape facing the teaching and research of Modern Languages.

Whether you were tutored by Georgina, studied Modern Languages at St Hilda’s or have a wider association, Time for Tea promises to be a fascinating hour of reminiscence, reconnection, and debate. If you would like to participate by asking any questions, please do submit them in advance here.

A link to the live session will be sent to you alongside your booking confirmation.
