Mr Lukas Koch

MMath Oxf

Profile

Lukas Koch is a third-year DPhil student in the Mathematical Institute working with Jan Kristensen and teaches mostly the Part A Analysis options.

Teaching

Lukas Koch is a stipendiary lecturer at St Hilda’s teaching  the Part A Analysis options  such as Metric Spaces and Complex Analysis, Integration and Calculus of Variations. He has previously TA’ed fourth year and graduate courses in PDEs at the department and tutored a number of the PDE-related second-year courses at Queen’s and Merton.

Research

Lukas Koch’s research interests lie in the area of regularity of PDEs, mostly around questions of structural conditions that guarantee full regularity of solutions to elliptic systems or minimisation problems. He is supervised by Jan Kristensen.
