Welcome to the new form to request a College funded event. If you are booking a University department event or private event please contact the St Hilda's Conference Office.
Please first select the Type of event....Day Meeting, College Lunch, College Dinner/Schools Dinner or College Conference with Dinner.
Please be aware that your submission is a request and will only become a booking when your room selection is confirmed by the Conference Office.
If your booking requires changes or updates please use the 'Update A Booking' form. The Catering Team and Buildings team will be alerted and the changes will be made.
Due to access issues caused by the building work on the site we are only able to provide basic catering in the Lady Brodie and Sibthorpe Rooms. All hot served 'Lunch and Dinners' along with 'Hot Buffets' are no longer available, however, we can still provide light refreshments. Tea and Coffee service, working Sandwich Lunches and Canape and Drinks Receptions.
