St Hilda’s College Oxford is seeking a full time Campaigns & Insight Officer so that the College is able to build strong, positive relationships with alumnae across the eras. Utilising data and campaigning techniques, you will help to build levels of individual giving, single and especially regular donations, and to generally create the conditions for sustained engagement and fundraising.

St Hilda's is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford, spectacularly set in four acres of gardens on the banks of the Cherwell at Magdalen Bridge. We have over 8000 alumnae, with just under half having matriculated since 2000. 72% of our alumnae reside in the UK, 8% in the USA and 20% across the Rest of the World.

As a member of our six-strong Development & Alumnae Relations Team, and under the direction of the Deputy development Director, we are seeking a dynamic and naturally curious individual to construct and deliver a programme of digital and off-line giving campaigns, based on a systematic mining of data and insights. In particular, you will manage the College’s telethons and Giving Days, with the support of specialist consultants, when engaged. You will also have access to and the support of an energetic and engaged Principal, new development Director and talented wider team.

Comfortable with data and the use of digital and traditional communications channels, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to their work and hours and be a team player with exemplary organisational skills. This is a terrific opportunity to both bring and to develop your talents within a College that is really emerging and innovative.
