College Archive - Aims and responsibilities
The College Archive is the intended repository for the official records of the College, its members and related societies and companies, and also for items relating to the College and its members deemed to be of interest by the Archivist. The College Archive is committed to preserving long term access to those records considered to be of enduring interest.
The Archive was established in order to
- support the current operations of the College by providing documentation of past decisions and activities
- provide adequate documentation of the College for purposes of external accountability
- preserve a collective memory of the College for future generations.
