"The JDP is our favourite venue: as a travelling opera company we tour regionally, but we always make sure we return to 'our home' on regular occasions. The Auditorium is superb, from an acoustic and visual perspective, and is well equipped with lovely pianos and great lighting. The audiences love coming to our performances at the JdP: they appreciate the intimate nature and the lovely surroundings of St Hilda's College, and the easy parking nearby is a great bonus. From an organisation point of view, we love coming to the JDP because we know every detail is taken care of. "

"We had a most pleasant day recording in the JdP. The support was excellent - covered everything and was unobtrusive but on-hand when needed. The piano is excellent and the hall is comfortable to work in over an extended period. It is well suited to chamber music. Extraneous noise was minimal - we heard just one or two aircraft for a short period throughout the day. I look forward to returning to record at JdP when the opportunity arises."
