Professor Sir Gordon Duff receives his Honorary Degree from the University of Sheffield

Each year the University of Sheffield recognises a series of individuals who have made significant achievements in their fields or profession, or who have contributed to the betterment of Sheffield.

On 17 July 2017, Professor Sir Gordon Duff, Principal of St Hilda's College, became an Honorary Graduand. His Honorary Degree was awarded by the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health of the University of Sheffield. Sir Gordon is pictured here with Sir Keith Burnett, President and Vice Chancellor of the University of Sheffield, eminent Physicist and previously Head of MPLS Division of Oxford University.
