Nicola Dandridge to be CEO of England’s Office for Students

2nd August 2017

Our alumna Nicola Dandridge (Classics, 1978) will be come the first chief executive of England's Office for Students on 1 September 2017. She will leave her current position of chief executive of Universities UK to take up this role, joining Sir Michael Barber, who has been appointed as chair of the regulator.

The government has said that the OfS – created as a market-style regulator by the Higher Education and Research Act – will promote choice and competition and act in the interests of students. It will replace the Higher Education Funding Council for England and the Office for Fair Access.

Many congratulations to Ms Dandridge. You can read more here
