St Hilda’s College is looking to recruit a full-time IT Support Assistant
St Hilda’s College IT Services
The IT Team at St Hilda’s provides the first-line support for all College students and staff in dealing with the University IT systems, including email and multi-factor authentication. The College also provides file and print services for all of its members and maintains the computer networks in the College. The IT Support Assistant will provide front-line support to students and staff users and assist the IT Manager and IT Officer in the day-to-day management of College IT Services.
