The St Hilda’s Development Office is looking to recruit a full-time Individual Giving and Stewardship Manager, to join our friendly and supportive team. The post-holder will be joining the College at an exciting time – following the opening of our new award-winning buildings last September and with the preparations for the next phase of our successful fundraising campaign, Building the Future, already underway.

Whether you are coming from a stewardship or development role in educational fundraising, or from related fields involving individual customer relationship management, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a busy Development Office, as we embark on a major new development strategy.

The Individual Giving and Stewardship Manager’s role is key to the College’s plans for increasing philanthropic support, and will include seeking support for bursaries and scholarships. The post holder will play an important role in increasing the number and value of middle gifts by: bringing new donors from our prospect lists into the programme, retaining existing donors by showing them the impact of their support and inviting them to increase their contributions.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to work with individual donors to create the funding and facilities for future generations of students at St Hilda’s.
