BAFTA Nominations for St Hilda's Alumnae

The Virgin TV British Academy Television Awards Nominations in 2018 have been announced, and include productions that some of our talented alumnae have worked on.

'The End of the F***ing World' (Clerkenwell Film / All 4) has been nominated for best Drama Series. Among the 'BAFTA Breakthrough Brits' is recent English graduate and actress and writer, Charlie Covell, who adapted Charles S Forman’s series of graphic novels for the screen.

Anna Hall (English 1987) was an Executive Producer on 'Catching a Killer' (True Vision / Channel 4), which is among the nominees for best Factual Series.

Philippa Lowthorpe (Classics, 1980), director, Nicole Taylor (Law, 1997) screen writer, for 'Three Girls' (BBC Studios / Studio Lambert / BBC One), which is one of the nominees for best Mini-Series. 'Three Girls' received two more nominations, for performances: Liv Hill (Best Supporting Actress) and Molly Windsor (Leading Actress).
