St Hilda’s College invites applications for the post of Academic Registrar. Founded in 1893, St Hilda's is one of the constituent Colleges of Oxford University. It is a thriving intellectual community, and enjoys one of the most beautiful sites in Oxford, being set in spacious gardens on the banks of the Cherwell, close to Magdalen Bridge.
The Academic Registrar plays a central role in the academic and administrative life of the College and must be an effective team player and communicator, committed to working well and flexibly with the Principal, Fellows, staff and students of the College. The person appointed will have the aptitude to work closely with, providing support to, students and tutors, as well as having managerial and administrative ability suitable for a complex academic institution.
The appointee will be paid on a scale from £39,992 - £47,722, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will also be eligibile for group private medical insurance, 30 days paid holiday and 8 public holidays annually, and will be a member of the Senior Common Room, and will be entitled to meals free of charge when working.
