Benefits and Services

Senior Members are entitled to a range of benefits and services, including invitations to a variety of events in College and beyond, membership of the Association of Senior Members, regular publications including the Ammonite newsletter and the annual Report and Chronicle, free punting and access to the Library and bed and breakfast accommodation during vacations.

Visiting St Hilda's

Senior Members are assured of a warm welcome whenever they return to College.

Bed and Breakfast is available to Senior Members during the vacations. Please contact the Domestic Bursar's Office [01865 276888].

The Library may also be used by Senior Members during vacations. Please contact the Librarian, Maria Croghan if you wish to do so [01865 276848, maria.croghan@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk].

Free punting is available to all Senior Members. Please contact the Lodge [01865 276884, lodge@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk ] if you wish to book a slot during the punting season (start of May to end of September).

Oxford Alumni Card

As a Senior Member of St Hilda's College, you are also entitled to an Oxford Alumni Card. This card is provided by the University's Alumni Office and carries your alumni number, which you will need to register for an account on the Oxford alumni website, to book for a University-organised alumni event, and to take advantage of the range of benefits and services available to alumni through the University.

Email forwarding

The University's email forwarding service is available free to all University of Oxford alumni. The aim of this service is to provide you with an Oxford-specific email address which will forward email to your current email account. In the future, if you change your personal email address, you need only tell the service to change the address to forward to. Your Oxford alumni email address will remain the same for all your friends to use and remember.

To register for your email forwarding address, first register for Oxford Alumni Online by completing the online form. Once your registration has been processed, visit the Alumni Email Forwarding page to activate your email account.
